01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to:

02 Account Registration & Information

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To participate on tkt 999, you must be at least 18 years of age years old or above. Protecting minors from gaming is our responsibility.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate on tkt 999:

• Any person under the age of 18
• Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Tkt 999 staff and employees, along with their immediate family members
• Individuals on the self-exclusion list

We may request additional documents at any time for age and identity verification. Failure to verify may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions at tkt 999 are handled securely and transparently. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash/Nagad, ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions on tkt 999 come with their own terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Policy:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement
• Bonuses are issued once only, unless otherwise stated
• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and cannot be claimed again.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly approved.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation:

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts
• Claiming a bonus using a third-party payment method
• Fraudulent or unusual betting patterns
• Attempting to claim bonuses in violation of these terms

06 Gaming Rules

All games on tkt 999 are operated in accordance with international standards. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins.

• All game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In the event of a system error or disconnection during a game, the last saved result will stand
• Betting limits are set individually for each game and are subject to change at any time.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkt 999 and will result in account termination:

• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the system
• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Gaining unfair advantage through credit card chargebacks or payment disputes
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Threatening or abusing platform staff
• Opening an account with a false identity or fraudulent documents

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Tkt 999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If these terms are violated
• If identity verification fails
• If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected
• At the player's request (for self-exclusion)
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period

You may close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before closure.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties
• All data is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption.
• Your information is never shared with authorities unless legally required
• You may request to view or delete your data at any time.

10 Limitation of Liability

Tkt 999 is not liable for the following:

• If a game or transaction is cancelled due to loss of internet connection
• Any loss resulting from a technical issue with your device
• For losses caused by third-party software or services
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account password with others

However, if any loss occurs due to a technical error on our end, we will make every effort to provide appropriate compensation.

11 Responsible Gaming

Tkt 999 believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We offer a range of tools to help protect our players:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Time limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you play.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days

12 Right to Amend Terms
